PS Palm Springs Fence provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, custom design, and related services in Palm Springs, CA and the surrounding Coachella Valley. Services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed professionals.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and completion of a project agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
Written estimates provided by PS Palm Springs Fence are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a binding contract until a separate written project agreement is signed by both parties.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial visit - for example, if unexpected underground obstacles, soil conditions, or pre-existing damage require additional labor or materials. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding.
Verbal commitments, text messages, and email discussions do not constitute a binding price agreement. The signed project agreement is the controlling document.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to change due to weather, material availability, permit processing timelines, or other circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project after a project agreement has been signed, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be specified in your project agreement. Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on materials already ordered or work already performed.
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of the agreement.
Invoices not paid by the due date specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or halt work on any project with an outstanding unpaid balance.
If a building permit or HOA approval is required for your project, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm any HOA requirements and provide access or documentation needed for the approval process. We will assist with city permit applications where included in the project agreement. Project timelines are affected by third-party permit and HOA review times, which are outside our control.
PS Palm Springs Fence stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms, including duration and scope, will be specified in your project agreement. Warranty coverage applies to workmanship defects under normal use and conditions.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by extreme weather events, acts of nature, vehicle impact, vandalism, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and aging of materials. Material warranties, if any, are governed by the manufacturer and not by PS Palm Springs Fence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PS Palm Springs Fence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or the Site, including loss of use, loss of property, or loss of income, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to services we performed shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
